Dawson Granola Bars!!!

Todays Special:
4 C puffed rice (I use rice crispies)
1 1/2 C dried cranberries/blueberries/raisins
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C pumpkin seeds
1/4 C wheat germ
1/2 C tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C honey
1t vanilla

I large bowl combine cereal, berries, sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, and wheat germ. mix. Combine tahini, brown sugar, and honey in a sauce pan until bubbling. Add vanilla and stir. Pour mixture over dry mixture until coated. Transfer to a 9x13 backing dish coated in cooking spray. Press down firmly. Cool for 1 hour.
